All incidents should be reported and documented via email to the President of SECFR, Dr. Celeste Hill ([email protected]). In this report, you must outline the following in as much detail as possible:
- Your Name
- Your Contact Information
- Name (or description) of the alleged offender
- Witnesses of the event and their contact information
- Time, date, and location of the incident
- Circumstances of the incident (please be detailed)
- Additional Comments or information
- All complaints will be treated seriously and responded to promptly.
Grievances: A participant who believes they were falsely or unfairly accused of violating this Code of Conduct should immediately notify the SECFR President, Dr. Celeste Hill ([email protected]) with a concise description of the grievance. All grievances will be handled in accordance with existing governing policies as adopted by the Board of Directors.
