2025 SECFR Conference Code of Conduct

In-person attendees at the 2025 SECFR Annual Conference in Chattanooga should seek assistance from the hotel by dialing the front office at 423-602-5100. If applicable, the local police (911) can also be contacted. SECFR Board Members may be reached through email. Email addresses for SECFR Board Members can be found on the SECFR Board of Directors page For emergencies, please call 911.

All incidents should be reported and documented via email to the President of SECFR, Dr. Celeste Hill ([email protected]). In this report, you must outline the following in as much detail as possible:

  • Your Name
  • Your Contact Information
  • Name (or description) of the alleged offender
  • Witnesses of the event and their contact information
  • Time, date, and location of the incident
  • Circumstances of the incident (please be detailed)
  • Additional Comments or information
  • All complaints will be treated seriously and responded to promptly.

Grievances: A participant who believes they were falsely or unfairly accused of violating this Code of Conduct should immediately notify the SECFR President, Dr. Celeste Hill ([email protected]) with a concise description of the grievance. All grievances will be handled in accordance with existing governing policies as adopted by the Board of Directors.
